This is one of the yarns FC PLANNING has taken time to develop.
It requires a special spinning method and there are only two spinning companies — one in Italy and one in Japan — that can do it.
Its texture cannot be achieved just by using good raw materials.
Through this spinning method, which was developed through repeated trial and error, this fabric has a fluffy texture that does not irritate your skin.
It is circular knitted, but feels soft like knitwear.
Perhaps the times are catching up with us. What a laugh.

/Dual Threads
The first assignment we were given when we started expanding overseas was: "I want you to do something about the shrinkage of waffle threads."
Waffle threads are made using the same principle as needle milling and terry cloth manufacturing, so they tend to stretch and shrink horizontally.
When you've been in this industry for a long time, there are many things that are so obvious that you can just say, "It can't be helped."
This kind of thread was created by looking at the obvious from a different angle.
When made into fabric, it has stretchability even though it's 100% cotton and has not been specially processed. With stretchability, the fabric will return to its original shape without sagging, much like rubber.
Once again, I realized that natural materials really are profound.
