Expl@s

The stance on eco-friendly and ethically sound materials has changed dramatically in recent years.

The words sustainablility, traceability and organic are buzzwords at exhibitions.

Considering the global environment would naturally take us in that direction on the surface, but the current situation really forces us to think in reverse about what ecoreally means.

We have been using organic materials for quite a long time, but have only started thinking about synthetic fibers a number of years ago. And this leads us to the development of the Expl@s series, where we have been thinking of different ways of using MVS processing, long fibers, and worsted-spun yarns, mainly on recycled polyester. There has been a discussion on this on NATURE GEEK.

The idea is that this new fabric would have no impact on the environment, dry quickly, be wrinkle-free, and would be easily washable.
