Creating products from fabrics
From fabrics to products
From being woven at the weaving factory and dyed at the dyeing factory, the beautifully finished fabric will finally be turned into products. Fabrics shipped from dyeing factories or warehouses are sent to garment manufacturers. Here, the rolls of fabric are unrolled and cut into shapes with cutters following paper patterns. This is the cutting stage. These shapes are distinguished by color, type, size, and dyeing lot. Next, they are sewn together with a label and washing instructions with sewing machines. Then, they are ironed, labeled, and shipped.
